Live as a human beings — the essence of Brusnika Developer’s philosophy. There are no perfect people or companies, and in the new campaign the developer honestly talks about his imperfections as an employer. Overwork, difficulties with feedback, lack of personal time of employees… Many companies work this way, but only Brusnika decided to admit it — to admit it in order to change.
Not a single actor was involved, only real employees of Brusnika. The video was edited from documentary footage from the developer’s offices in Moscow and Yekaterinburg: five shooting days, nine cameras (not counting internal surveillance cameras), almost 200 hours of footage and the work of three editors. Documentary photography footage was also used in OOH campaign, in internet banners and on in interactive landing page leading to the Brusnika vacancies page.
