The K-9 showroom website was created to promote the MINI Next Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles event taking place through the end of July. The K-9 Showroom ties together the enthusiastic love MINI owners have with their dogs and their cars and MINI’s partnership with Best Friends Animal Society. During the MINI NEXT July Adoption Event, MINI is donating to Best Friends Animal Society for every Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that's financed through MINI Financial Services.
Four different dogs – Cooper, Turbo, Ziggy and Zaggy -- with web cams attached to their backs take prospective MINI owners through a dog’s eye tour of a MINI, offering a truly in-depth way to explore a used car. Visitors to the site can see external and internal views and also follow a link to see dogs that are available for adoption. You can also “tweet a treat” and watch as a dog sniffs out treats that drop from a treat booth.
