Just PUZZI® Lah! How an earworm increased Kärcher’s PUZZI® sales by 20% YOY.
After a decade in the market, Kärcher’s PUZZI® deep cleaning range still lacked visibility among Malaysians because Malaysians would hire professional services or simply replace the old items, which means more money spent.
We needed to make Malaysians realise that deep cleaning is easy, saves money and for everyone with the PUZZI® range.
We produced an earworm and highlighted their cleaning pain points and positioned PUZZI® as the solution. This resulted in 20% avg YOY sales increment during the 6-month period and the ad hoc extension from August to September.
