Oral care for most in India is about just brushing their teeth, once or maybe twice a day. Listerine® India wanted to change that with the primary objective of building awareness and relevance for the brand in a daily oral care routine. Therefore the communication had to become as relevant. That meant going deeply contextual to get people where we needed them to be at any given time of the day, at places and by categories they were potentially browsing, or by what they were searching for. The best part was being able to tailor the content in real-time to adapt to any shift in habits we recognized along the way.
