But it is also seen as a heavy, greasy, smelly, messy food. Millenials are undergoing a resurgence of love for all things Mongolian, but with a modern twist. They are proud to be Mongolian again and want to aunt their culture. They are experimental and enjoy trying out new dishes, cultures, and they have more choices than ever.
