Water is one of the most important resources. Unfortunately, even today, rural India grapples with the challenges in accessing safe and clean drinking water, as well as water for agricultural purposes.

Every time a village transitions from water scarcity to water abundance, transformation takes place. Such a journey speaks volumes of resilience and determination of the village community.

Moreover, in such narrative, we often make the mistake of reducing the role of a community to mere beneficiaries, trivalising their dedication and commitment in making the transition possible.

On this World Water Day, we wanted to come up with an illustrative creative showcasing the villagers as active participants in their journey and not just as receivers.
