BTV.UK and FOX Sports score a touchdown with Spectacular Super Bowl Opener starring Tom Cruise

UK production company, BTV.UK is behind the high-octane opener for the biggest sporting event on earth, The Super Bowl.

Super Bowl LIX made history on 9th February, as the Philadelphia Eagles took on the Kansas City Chiefs in a record-breaking showdown. But before the start of the game, BTV.UK in partnership with FOX Sports, set the stage with an electrifying two-minute opening teaser, featuring none other than Tom Cruise.

With millions watching around the world, the cinematic spectacle kicked off the legendary broadcast on FOX, blending the high-octane energy of the NFL with the cinematic flair of Hollywood’s biggest action star.

The film produced by BTV.UK and filmed at Pinewood Studios, was a Mission: Impossible-style introduction that set the tone for the most anticipated game of the year.

This marks the fourth major collaboration between BTV.UK and FOX Sports, following high-profile projects with Sir Ridley Scott, baseball legend Chase Utley, and ex-England Manager Gareth Southgate.
