Eager travelers stuff packs of the floury delights inside their luggage to ensure they are stocked back home. And the enthusiasm around the H-E-B staple has even launched spin-off products such as butter tortilla scented candles and flour tortilla blankets.

“We always look forward to our Big Game commercials because they allow us to have a little fun with our fans and their favorite H-E-B products,” said Ashwin Nathan, H-E-B Group Vice President of Marketing. “There is something special about the bond between H-E-B and Texans, and these commercials are our way of celebrating and connecting with them during the biggest game of the year.”

H-E-B regularly releases commercials to air during the Big Game. The 60-second commercial will broadcast between the third and fourth quarters in more than a dozen key Texas markets. After its debut, the spot will air through March in markets across the state and be available on the H-E-B YouTube page. H-E-B’s award-winning marketing team worked with Dallas-based Plot Twist Creativity, the creative agency for the commercial, which is titled, “Baby Wants Tortillas.”
