To address this, we launched #ApplyInAdvance, a campaign designed to nudge them to plan early and apply for their visas well before their intended travel dates.
Building on our experience in handling 500 million visa applications across 160+ countries (since 2001), we went beyond routine advisories to communicate the value of applying early. From destination-led content to social-first formats for visa advisory and emotion-driven narratives, we turned knowledge about visas into engaging stories.
Amplifying this message on behalf of governments including the UK, Canada and Australia, we countered the noise of misinformation with trusted advice delivered in 10+ languages.
And by tapping into our diverse workforce of 150+ nationalities, we brought warmth and relatability to critical advisories, ensuring audiences saw the message not as a warning, but as guidance from people like them.
We also brought the idea to life through a World Tourism Day campaign that highlighted how every journey starts with a single step of applying for a visa.
