Amazon leans into our collective unease about AI with a playful Super Bowl spot for Alexa+, starring Chris Hemsworth. When he finds his wife Elsa Pataky chatting to the upgraded assistant, a snake in hand, Chris instantly suspects Alexa+ is plotting to kill him.
Directed by Wayne McClammy, the 60-second film spirals into increasingly absurd fantasies, from bear fights to elaborate conspiracies, before Chris realises Alexa+ is not a threat after all.
