This furball, standing at 7’3” is a full-scale, 1:1 replica of the Wookiee the world has come to love.
Chewbacca, from Solo: A Star Wars Story, was created with no detail overlooked.
The main "fur-less" body was digitally sculpted from scratch. No scans were used in creating this full-scale figure. There was much deliberation on how big or skinny the main body frame needed to be in order to add the fur patterns to create a truly life-like replica.
With stunning realistic custom glass eyes, and custom blended fur to accurately remake this Wookie, no detail was overlooked.
All finished heads and fur patterns were created domestically in the USA.
With his rifle slung over his shoulder, this wookiee gets a double bandolier in this new film.
The fur patterns were carefully created to wrap around each part of his body and made for a perfect photo-op as everyone’s favorite wookiee co-pilot while Solo: A Star Wars Story hit theaters worldwide.
