It is from this provocation that Bauducco®, Brazil's most beloved food brand (Instituto Hibou, 2025), launches its new campaign created by AMPFY, with a series of ads that literally remove the bread from the scene to prove the essential role of the ingredient.
In the ads, the classics appear incomplete: hamburgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches assembled only with filling. The absence is intentional, and it is precisely this that transforms the ads into an invitation to reflection and conversation. After all, bread is the basis of these dishes, it is the ingredient, and without it, the recipe loses its essence.
"Everyone knows that bread is essential in a sandwich, but we wanted to prove it in the most radical way possible: by taking it out of the picture. When you look at a hamburger without bread, you immediately realize that something is missing, and it is precisely this strangeness that transforms the campaign into a conversation," comments Andrea Siqueira, partner and CCO of AMPFY.

The campaign includes OOH advertising, as well as JCDecaux street clocks, which feature geolocation-activated coupons.
The initiative will also feature a squad of influencers who will expand the conversation on social media, reacting to the ads and inviting the public to participate in the discussion: after all, is a sandwich without bread still a sandwich? The creators will also join in the fun by preparing and sharing recipes for "breadless" sandwiches, humorously testing how much the ingredient is missed.
