Description
Unfortunately, the topic of domestic violence is quite a common problem worldwide, especially during the wartime. Some people try to justify horrible actions in their families by messages like “Everyone is emotional now”, “It's difficult for all of us”, “It's not the time to complain” or “It's your own fault”. But this will never be ok. Violence has no excuses.
There are a number of undisclosed safe locations for women and girls all over Ukraine. And our team developed a promo video about one of them for the NGO "League of Modern Women".
“We have been working with the NGO "League of Modern Women" for the second time, so right from the start, we understood how the video should be in order for the main message to resonate. The project is incredibly important and aims to create safe conditions for women and girls who have experienced gender-based violence. It is essential to discuss it in a safe and cautious manner, without unwanted advice or imposition of the stereotype of "being at fault." On the contrary, in the video, we assert that violence is not normal and should not be tolerated” – said Natalya Zasyadko, producer at linza agency and linza production.
