A futuristic take on waterfront living where sport, technology, and architecture converge.
For Riverside by DAMAC Properties, we developed a CGI concept that transforms water into an active part of the experience. A floating pitch emerges seamlessly within the skyline, redefining how urban space can be used.
The film follows a 3D character scoring a goal, as the camera pulls back to reveal a larger, dynamic scene — a community in motion, connected through sport and environment.
By blending lifestyle storytelling with high-end visualization, the project presents Riverside as more than a location — it becomes an experience shaped by energy, movement, and innovation.

The concept delivers a visually distinctive interpretation of modern living.
