Description
CONTEXT:
The Observatory on Trafficking in Human Beings (OTSH) and the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Internal Administration (SGMAI) have launched their new campaign to raise awareness and prevent Sexual Exploitation, a topic often detached from people's eyes in everyday life, due to its varied forms and nuances.
INSIGHT:
Everything is invisible until it is seen.
RATIONAL:
Sexual exploitation has many faces, and forms, and often becomes invisible to the naked eye. It is in the depths of each person's being, out of fear or insecurity, that victims usually hide their situation. And it is also in innocence and desperation that danger dwells. In all of them, there is a need: to take a step out of this reality.
IDEA:
A first-person approach, told, told from the invisible side to the action: getting out of the gloom.
Everything revisited by a contemporary dance and the transformation and convulsion that exist in the victim, since the gestures, apparently invisible, form a conclusion - to act. Get out. Take the next step.
The main aim of the work is to convey an understanding of the desperation and enclosure of the situation, but always with an eye on the empowerment of the victims - they will be the ones who leave, always. And they can, because they have strength, action, and a support line to back them up.
