Before reading everyone's comments I thought they were presenting the symptom: heavy nose, stuck on something, nose blocked?

It really doesn't communicate the solution for me at all! That was the idea right? that the guy is breathing in so hard he ended up with a propeller stuck to his face?
+ it should communicate well being and relief.

I'll have to be harsh on this one. (can't I give half a star?)
