the lake starts here, Any waste you throw into a manhole goes directly into the waters of Lake Garda. Every day cigarette butts, solvents, pesticides, paints and plastics end up in the manholes. These waste, through pipes and water courses, reach the lake, altering its ecosystem. Inside a manhole there is more than what you see: the protection of Lake Garda depends on each of us.
