TUGO, a home furniture and accessories brand in Colombia that has a sales section for second-hand and imperfect furniture.
Brief:
How do we change the consumer mindset towards used furniture?
Objectives:
Make consumers curious about this section of the stores and turn it into an alternative and sustainable business.
Impact description:
Through this campaign, Tugo was able to move their stock of used furniture, generating interest among consumers to discover unique furniture and give them a second life.
As a result, the stores had to expand the initially designated space with parking annexes due to the massive number of people interested in purchasing second-hand furniture.
