National Girl Child Day is celebrated in the country on January 24 every year with the objective to provide support and opportunities to every girl. It aims towards promoting awareness about the rights of the girl child and to increase awareness on the importance of girl education, and their health and nutrition and also to promote the girl's position in the society to make their living better among the society. In order to highlight this we have used the national pledge of India that our constitution swears by. The idea here is to say that just the way we all say that all Indians are my brothers & sisters. Rather than only saying, let us also start implementing this in our life. Let us all be the brothers that our sisters need. Let us all respect our sisters and give them the worth that they deserve.
