What could be more disheartening than witnessing the future of the nation with little to no light in their eyes?

A child's eyes should be filled with curiosity about all things unknown to them. A mind that can imagine a bright future without a hint of darkness. And a childhood where they can learn, explore different opportunities and grow into the pillars of tomorrow.

Unfortunately, the reality today is far from this ideal. According to a report by International Labour Organization (ILO) and UNICEF, 160 million children have been pushed into child labour on a global scale (2022) and this number has only increased due to the impact of COVID-19.

To address this issue, Keylines and the Indian Institute of Hotel Management came together on World Day Against Child Labor to raise awareness of these alarming numbers. Our campaign, with the powerful slogan "Put pencil in tender hand, child labor must be banned" and simple imagery, emphasizes the crucial importance of education and opportunities for children, rather than exploiting and abusing them.

We hope to inspire everyone to work together to create a brighter future for our children — a future where small hands don't have to carry heavy burdens.
