Monday, June 20th, the bronze statue of Cecilie (44), a single mother of three diagnosed with incurable cancer, was unveiled in front of the Norwegian Parliament. Women with terminal breast cancer are a vulnerable patient group that seldom gets attention in society. The statue's purpose is to create awareness, inspiration, and engagement for the group.
