Famous Footwear is bringing the holiday magic back to in-store shopping by offering the best deals on the season’s most wanted brands, trends, and gifts for the whole family. With the goal to drive traffic in-store for that irreplaceable 2000’s-core holiday shopping nostalgia, Famous has partnered once again with THE MAYOR to create two new holiday spots promoting its ultra-giftable footwear this holiday season.
With the help of two cheeky elves named Bo and Go, the first spot (watch here) focuses on bringing the excitement of Famous Footwear’s BOGO sale to life. Creating a whimsical backdrop for the BOGO sale lets the cuteness and joy of kids shine at the heart of the holiday shopping experience.
The second spot, “Shop With Me” (watch here), stars Insta-star influencer Steffy in the middle of the action. By leveraging Steffy’s highly relatable holiday DIYs and engaging social content watched by 1.2 million followers, this execution elevates the campaign beyond traditional spots. Turning Steffy’s influence into a direct driver for in-store traffic also helps inspire millennial moms to shop at Famous Footwear for the season’s best gifts.
Both spots go live on November 10 across social, CTV, OLV, and radio. This is THE MAYOR’s second Holiday campaign in partnership with Famous Footwear, following the award of the AOR business in Spring of 2024.
