When I was 14 years old, I started stealing money from my mom's drawers to buy books on space history. And I think that says a lot about my relationship with flashy things ... and with my mom. I have been raised on a healthy diet of spicy food, soap operas, hot summers, and chatty neighbors (well only a few of those were healthy). After working for six years in India, I decided to trade my chai for pretzels and my auto-rickshaw for the U-Bahn. I packed everything I had and moved to Berlin for Miami Ad School. I now like to think of myself as an art director that works like a copywriter. Which is to say that I can kern and craft headlines that steal your attention like I stole my mom's cash.
