Reid is one of the most successful coaches in NFL history, with a record of 247 wins and 140 losses over twenty-five seasons. He is currently second among active head coaches in total wins, behind Bill Belichick of the New England Patriots. He was named the NFL Coach of the Year in both 2021 and 2022. Besides his professional success, Reid has a strong family life. He has three sons and two daughters and is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
