United Call Center Solutions was formed to solve a major problem of unbooked calls with other call center services answering phones for the founders very own plumbing corporation. Frustrated, listening to call after call from call center technicians not getting the scripts correct or even caring to actually book the call.We decided to open up our very own call center to answer phones specifically for the skilled trades industry.
