This is a great flowchart on the process of getting to an interview with no car. Many of us have had this experience or one similar enough to relate- which is what they are aiming for. The ad, although quite busy is very clear in its message. The busyness does however, capture the viewer’s eye and lead them down the page. They do a great job at keeping the color scheme simple and relevant to their company. This ad is also somewhat humorous and entertaining which keeps the viewer’s attention. The next time you go through a situation like the one presented on the left you may remember this ad and call an Uber. Or possibly this ad brought up enough bad memories for you to never want to go through that again and make you call Uber right away. Overall I like the way this ad grabs the reader’s attention, sends a clear message, and adds humor and relatable experiences.

Work on your layout and typography. Nice start though.

A lot going on. Maybe break this up a bit. In reality it's a lot going on, if you broke this down you could probably get some more ads out of it, and by doing so the layout would become easier since you'd have a tighter focus. Great stuff either way!
