this is called the HDR "high dynamic range" and you can achieve it on photoshop, but of course you need a good photo to start working on it, and i agree that the visual is awesome..

It's mostly lighting.
that and a careful muting of the tones (note the absence of bright colours)
HDR is a way to extend tonal values into unreal areas, and has little to do with this.
It's definitely a composite check out where the boot isn't as "on the tyre" as it could be.
And is it the art director's or the photographer's jobs to create this effect?

This is a lot of post with more than a few different images dropped in.
HDR is extending the detail range of one image.
This is also the only one of this campaign that I think worked. The other two are too vague about the characters. Here we can see that this person isn't ACTUALLY wealthy. but holds himself as if he were.
This is the first time I enjoyed such a mess.
I love the idea showing itself perfectly behind that beautiful line. Sooo "finance-free" banking ad. So cute, so great! Congrats!!!
