Yes, this is a paper wall ad.. it will pass like a ship in the night :-)
Simple ideas are the best !

hahahaha! hre we go with the sanitizer awards!

It doesn't make sense to me. She's touching the watermelon right? Not a cat.

her hand's are just like the legs of a cat.It means, she has touched a pet cat before having watermelon.
Nice execution and Idea..... But bad typography

The same product. Almost the same copy. And obviously the same idea. Jesus why do they spend so much on un-orginals?!

Lazy idea and copy has been overused...

Except from the bad execution and the creepiness, the idea is totally stolen:

No Touchy !! poor typo

why does the ad industry seem to think it's exempt from rules against plagiarism? people have been expelled from college for copying one sentence in a 3000 word research paper.

takes too long to figure out the cat paws. I dont think cats are particularly filthy either. Plus she wont eat the rind anyway.

don't be a billi. become billo rani. use sanitol

don't be a billi. become a billo rani
nice, but bed typography

They want to scare people and sell their products. Cleaning too much your hands increase your chances of an infection by decreasing your self-immunization.
And some people help them to sell their stuff.
The idea is okay, but it wasn't handled in a visually clear, concise way. There are boucoup issues with white on white thinking, as noted -- she blends into the wall, the paws are so low contrast you wonder for a few seconds what they are (before I thought they were gloves, I thought she had no hands, like the invisible man special effect), and the main line of copy nearly disappears. Was white on white their chosen motif because it suggested cleanliness to them, or is the execution simply timid? Hard to say.
A near fail
That's it.

@cyber jaleel : there is typo error in your comment.
Unless she plans to eat the rind or lick her fingers (which she shouldn't anyway – terrible manners), there is no problem to solve.

p.s. cats are considered really clean animals... so this little girl doesn't
need to worry really :)
