Description
These ads were done for Rohan Builders to promote their new residential complex ‘Mithila’. Unlike the usual norm, no trees were razed to make space for this property. On the contrary, many more trees were planted in spaces that were planned for construction earlier.
Print advertisement created by Ogilvy, India for Rohan, within the category: Industrial, Agriculture.

Nice creative proposition to work with.
Shame, the idea and execution falls flat.
So instead of trees, they cut down historical landmarks. I know, I am being too literal, but this execution just doesn't work for me. It also doesn't work with the tag because the AD has nothing to do with apartments, those are ancient ruins.
