perfect.
sooo much beter than that recent ford campaign with those shitty instruments made of car parts!
Nice ad
Good piece of work this. Probably one of the nicest car ads I’ve seen in a long time.

mm
i think its a forced pun tho

Good insight, great idea. But the execution could have been a little more interesting than this.

Really nice, I like the photography. I love the way it's suspended.
i find it to be a pun
perfectly tuned and show the engine as something that plays a tune. Eh
That looks like a silly engine, but it's a good looking visual and I find the ad pretty apealing.
It's a very well-executed pun that looks like a piece of installation art in a gallery. Beautiful. Maybe the copy could be tweaked better, Perfectly Tuned sounds kinda corny compared to the visual, but that's probably nitpicking. Still goes into my Favorites.
If I covered up the logo with my hand it could be an ad for any cars engine. whats vw about it?
I give it more points for looking like a rauschenberg or something, not being a good ad.
Maybe I'm not in the target audience, but this just doesn't do it for me.
If you've heard the exhaust note of a real R32 this ad makes perfect sense.
Very nice.
I don't know... it kind of reminds me of this Honda Accord Commercial:

Maybe VW simplified it for a print ad?...hmmmm
cheers!
Good. Very good. Congrats to the team. This is a great ad.
Punny but the execution is excellent, I mean, the combination of different instruments to form the car's engine. ;)

Amazing ad. Amazing Car. Amazing Company.
I didn't read all the comments but in response to "If I covered up the logo with my hand it could be an ad for any cars engine. whats vw about it?".... R32 V6 Engine with that unmistakable exhaust. Look at any picture of the back of an R32 and you will see those two trumpets accurately portray the exhaust which is 100% .:R!
