As a creative from Hong Kong, I see how this works because the word "organic" is a close pun with poop. Plus, there is a common saying that we poop what we eat. So, I think their target market can easily link this visual to healthy baby diet.

Would this really sell to mums? or is it an artists impression of the ideal shit?
