hello lessismore
I worked on this as a copy and we know about Magritte. Nobody claims that the painting treatment is original, but Magritte was an artist and not an advertising creative.
Anyway your comment is appreciated:)
This is very good!

Great!
Dear Shortafella,
René Magritte was in fact an advertising creative (graphic designer) in addition to being an artist. He had an advertising agency in the early 1930s with his brother Paul in Brussels. Like many artists today, Magritte was struggling financially and did advertising work on the side. However, you made a very fine choice of art in this highly relevant ad.
Regards, Hugo
Hi there.
Thank you for the appreciation and the info, as I had no idea that Magritte was doing ads. It makes me feel even better about the art choice:)
Best,
Cri.
Beautiful execution. I think it is an oil painting.... Is it?
Who is the artists btw?
Hello. This is oil painting indeed. The one that painted it is Emanuel Borcescu - the art director of this project.
