This could be interesting if it were done guerilla style by street teams, but it quite weak as a print ad.

Sure MTV deserves some crazy ideas, but where is the concept?

I would say it's effective: MTV M - music TV - touchpoint that communicates. The people with does antennas on them, are more open to sending the message, more effectively (word of mouth). The basic idea would be: Stay tuned, if you don't hear it from us, you can get it from your friends.
