does this mean people who is taking test drive are allowed break the traffic rule as at night there is no1 to catch them? not working for me..

It's kind of cheeky, while still sort of saying what people who enjoy driving really think: night time driving can be a lot of fun, because a lot of the stressors of the day time driving aren't there.
I like it. Just a small adjustment I would suggest: you don't need an image-like headline 'Drive when no one's around.' - the ad is about test drives, not driving in general.
'Smooth test drives at night.' or something like that will do it.
