Aha, this is my least favorite: how come they're not rolling? The squares one is the best (it kind of says "don't be a square").
I think this should also be about getting in -- so it needs a square peg who will fit through the door, in addition to the round pegs.
After all, you want people in.
And it'd need doing so viewers identify with / aspire to the square peg.
I don't know if the word 'square' has the same meaning in Portuguese that it has in English (re Alexis' comment). If it does and if you think it's an issue, you could swap it all around have a round door.
A round door could fit ok conceptually -- The Marketing Network being a little different to other doors.
Or the shape of the door / the shape of people that get through could be a star shape or something a bit mad and different. With the shape of the people not getting through, boring-square.
