Brilliantly found visual indeed - but I do have a problem with this that it's not conveying the real USP of LEGO, which is that kids have their own imagination and creativity to make a story.
Another great ad from Lego! kudos!
One of the best Lego's campaign ever.

2.

3.

Shame of you.
Not creatives, but thieves.

Really love these.
Beautifull, but really Brillant?? http://themetapicture.com/media/funny-pixel-art-South-Park-Family-Guy-...
I have no respect for people who stick a logo on someone else's idea and still call themselves creative
Why do they need 2 copywriters to steal 1 idea?
True. And the line "Imagine" isn't even new for Lego. So what did two writers do?
People that ask what a copywriter did on campaign that is only visual, should not have the right to comment.
Apart from that: great campaign, bad bad bad luck for those creatives.
I don't think people would steal an idea and then send it to aotw
if they did: evil!
If the visuals are stolen and there is no writing, then my question is a fair one. So don't try to declare who should have rights and who shouldn't, like this is the Belgian Congo.
And how can you think this could be "bad luck" for the creatives. The Simpsons visual has been recreated virtually block for block. It is far beyond the realm of coincidence.
chuckieT has a point. It does look very much the same
Bummer, I really loved this campaign 'til I read all this!

More bad luck? More coincidences?
GiBo
IS GOOD … BUT WHAT IF NOT PUBLISH THIS PIECE WITH THE TITLE “LEGO: SOUTHPARK” … YES, NEED A TEXT WITHIN THE PIECES AND NOT OUT. WHY I WOULD ASSUME THAT THEY ARE THE SOUTHPARKS?…JUST THAT. THANK!
ripoff. typical jvm alster bullshit.
It's magical. But if it's stolen I gave all credit to the one how first posted it on the Internet. You should be in advertising!
However, it's possible that a lot of people gets the same idea. It happens all the time.
Disappointed to see the exact replica of the simpsons ad in that internet picture...
Ridiculous, absurd.
1) Learn about PR and brand affiliation
2) Stick to more recognizable characters for kids and parents. ie: Stick to the Ninja Turtles. Parent's don't let kids watch southpark in general. Why the hell would you want to affiliate yourself to that?
3) Probably learn that there is more than the right spectrum of the ratings
