The world's only legal brain stimulator. Lego
Creative Director: Jiri Langpaul
Art Director: Ivo Dykast
Copywriter: Martina Mackovicova
Illustrator: Marcel Brna
If this is to suggest Lego makes kids cleverer, the least you could have done is put the apostrophe the right way round.
Wow! No one was reminded of THE ECONOMIST ad? Here it is http://adsoftheworld.com/media/ambient/the_economist_mouse_pad

too serious for lego account my god once lego was colorfull it looks like an Audi ad
The man who stops advertising to save money is like the man who stops the clock to save time

could be also a good headline for "the economist"...
i agree with one very important objective for me - a statement's not truth. i miss colors in case of Lego and pay next lesson to a designer to know that an apostrophe is used wrong.
Sad.

If a lego is the worlds only legal brain stimulator, I'm Gerry Graf.
I'm sorry to disagree with everybody here, but I think this ad is good an it works. What is the problem with the colors? This ad is talking to parents, not to children.
It's a good way to talk about one of the benefits of the product.
Maybe it would be better to say "the best" instead of "the only legal".
And before someone ask, I have a lot of friends, but none of them are into the creatives.

off brand
what about nicotine?

This ad would be much at home at the bottom half of a magazine page... err possibly a health magazine.
The Lego looks a little bit like tablets packaging (without the box), oh and make sure the aprostophe is turned the RIGHT SIDE UP, please.
Anyways... not bad.

I would have put the Lego piece in colour (more stimulating) if the ad was run in colour? And seriously who cares that the apostrophe is the wrong way around, whatever happened to creative licence or is this a literature site, I forget! It’s not to say that I like the piece in particular but I also don’t not like it. I just feel that some of the comments are mundane, and turning the apostrophe around isn’t going to all of a sudden make it a ground breaking piece of graphic communication. As one of my colleagues likes to say “It’s very nice, but also very boring”!
