Jungle Lodges and Resorts with a history that goes back 30 years, is a pioneer of eco-tourism in India. Nestled in the heart of Nature, its 12 properties across the South Indian state of Karnataka are definitive statements of care for the environment. From inception, JLR has promoted nature tourism with the objective of exposing and sensitizing visitors to nature. The properties lay stress on the use of eco-friendly materials. No televisions or room service is provided consciously so that guests spend time together and outdoors in nature-related and adventure activities. The local inhabitants too have been involved in the tourism process so that they too have an incentive to protect the natural habitat.
A campaign of 4 ads was created to highlight the unique natural vacations offered by JLR. Triggered by the parallel between organic foods and JLR’s emphasis on being totally natural, the design took the route of labels on packaged food. The campaign aims to highlight JLR’s prime differentiator – 100% natural – through the use of an interesting analogy that everyone can relate to.
