So, you're asking me if I know what my kid is watching and you're showing a kid with mouths for eyes...Is there a MESSAGE behind turning her eyes into mouths? This just looks like a lazy attempt at being "shocking."
The best I can think of is - What kids see on the internet, they end up saying. But that's not the message here. So, again....lazy.
I hope they're not looking at this ad, is all.

I think, if a wide open mouth was the visual to be used here.. You could just enlarge that all over the face vertically with small eyes and nose.. Just my opinion, but this one seems a force-fit-idea to me.
