Yes seeing such a road would frighten any intellectual motor rider.

But, I think most of those accidents come from rider-mistakes, not from roads. They choose those roads themselves.

Anyway, that's off-topic, I'm judging the ad, not the cause. And as I said, it's frightening so it works I suppose.

I was wondering about the same... what do you do with slippery manhole covers? Go there and dry them one by one after each rain? Or are you collecting money to change them to non-slippery ones (if there is such a thing)?
