Not bad... it's a fresh angle for a well-worn message. And the hint of savagery in the image is thought-provoking. Stop the hating peeps!

The art is ridiculously good, but the idea is just ridiculous.

An axe murderer of ads.

I like both the idea and the art direction. Very well done, this is Cannes material.

Seriously? Do you think this is Cannes material? It's really well executed but conceptually it is extremely poor.

Awesome work. This is a stopper. Not going to be easy to quickly flip the page. Well done.

What's your ad telling the consumer?

If only.

What do you want me to do now, buy a 3d printer, donate money, what?

There is no call to action, or logic to the campaign. It's style over substance.

I'm gonna try say something positive

ohsweetman's picture

The ad is clearly meant to raise awareness. It's meant as a reminder of the problem. I'm not a huge fan of the idea, but the ad works. I guarantee people who see this ad will stop for a moment and think. And that's the point.

We're not in the awareness game.

The whole point of advertising is to persuade someone to do something.

I dig the campaign but it's only worth making if it saves some whales.

Here is an example of a weak idea which is compensated with great visuals.

no debate here. Strong concept for this cause. Nice use of 3d printing that should be stronger in a stunt video case.
