you can tell when the author of the ad make a comment. Unobjective and lame.

LOL, freaking brilliant. You gotta hand it to them, quite a risk with such small copy and subtlety.

Seen it before, Heineken did an did the opposite way in the Netherlands for the Beertender. It was an ad with a wrinkle creme as key visual, the body explained the ad was about the beertender, the perfect gift for fathersday. Couldn't find it on AotW, but here another link: http://www.creatie.nl/creatie/select/expression/9589.do

LOL. Brilliant! At first, I was like, "no way, I personally don't like ads like these. Too boring for me." But after I read it, wow! Should be reading first before posting anything. Loooove it! ;>

I love this ad. It'll definitely be in my timeless collection. The target is bull's-eye. The playfulness fits hooter's brand identity. It's brilliant. Brilliant!

I only had one ad the one above, that won Cannes. And now I received two more executions. So I bumped the old ad (this one) so the campaign can be visible together. It's only for reader's convenience.

How to win a Cannes advert:

1. Take one obvious looking retail advert
2. Add some humour and clever wit
3. Mix in a big set of balls
4. Toss the proverbial dice of chance

And viola!

For me, if not for the ad itself, but for pure parody, I think it deserved it...
