i think there are couple of reasons why there is an anal version:
-the ratio of gay men who are diagnosed with HIV is higher than heterosexual men
-Anal sex carries higher risk of receiving infection for women or men than vaginal or oral sex (so there could be a version for women as well)
-So it obviously gets a better attraction of a gay man which helps creating a stronger awareness for the gay community
