Abitebol, I don't think the ad you posted is the same as this one. Water puts out a match. What's clever about that? But in this ad a flame is encrusted in ice because of the cooling system. That's clever.

Some people need to learn how to tell the difference between a similar visual and a similar idea. In this case, it is not a similar idea.

Normally, I'd agree, except the layout of the photo and the layout presented here are just a bit too uncomfortably similar. I dont think we can write this one off as a bad luck of the draw. It's pretty glaringly obvious the photo inspired the ad. This one might be taking it a step further, but the other is a clear copy.

TThe reason why everyone has seen this is because the original ad was created by Platinum based in NYC and Brazil. This is just a very bad reproduction and the creatives should be ashamed.
