Art Therapy is very useful by engaging in the non-verbal process you can discover new insights and self-understanding,supported by the art therapist who guides you through the process. The Idea: Recreating paintings through the embodiment of the person with a mental illness in the form of the artist infected with the same disease in the art painting and drawing on the real person symbolizes the method of treatment.
