i think halls is like a hearing aid or blocks ur ears or something.. so basically whenever something bad or disturbing told.. The other side hears the conversation positively!

ERRR a bit too complicated this ad.

Halls are flavoured lozenges.. THe ads has the son telling his father that he crashed the car into a tree (not good!), but because he's using a Halls things are coming out better. It's supposed to mean the kid can talk clearly but the way they've done it is that the son has said something terrible but the father hears it as not so bad... (Sry for the complicated description - I'm not so good with words)
