This is an internet meme that has been around for about a year and a half. These guys are blatantly ripping it off. I think stuff that's been stolen like this shouldn't be allowed on the website. Advertising should contribute to popular culture not steal from it.

I've seen this one online: the same guy that did the MS Word Calendar and wrote "Hustlin'" into every day and labelled it as Rick Ross' Calendar.
