Oh boy. What to say. Normally it's Italians who make weird ads, now it's Italian brand in France!

I think "250 models only" is wrong. Model = A particular line of cars, not the numbers. In this case, 'Fiat 500' is the model.
Perhaps "Only 250 units" will work.

The same word is used in USA for a model of car or for the number of cars.

I think "models" is ok.
Too true, yet the slang of the word is being used here. I think they are using it to sound different, which they have obviously achieved :P

L'idée visuelle est la même mais le concept différent. Seulement là, le concept pour Fiat, c'est ras les paquerettes, donc rien ne sauve cette campagne. Venant de LeoBurnett, c'est pas étonnant. Il est loin le temps où cette agence faisait rêver...
