This one is great. I really hope they find a way to have the page look similar in magazines(kinda like what Absolut did some time ago).

currently on a self-imposed withdrawl from weed (that's the only "drug' i've been into; give or take a few blue moons of pushing coke/morphine)i do appreciate these ads. i'm a little more scared than i was before seeing the campaign.
but my point is - if the occassional joint, done with a few close comrade-cum-confidantes (ok, COLLEAGUES), does help us concentrate and blends all our knowledge to show a way out in a totally different dimension, then what's the harm? isn't it true that there's big-time activity against criminilization of marijuana involving prominent opinion leaders like McCartney, Sir E.John, etc.?
the question is - GIVEN THE CURRENT PACE & STRESS OF LIVES AND LIVING, DOES "DOING" WHATEVER REALLY MATTERS? MORE SO, WHEN IT'S DONE WITH NO MALICE IN MIND?
I DO SEEK ANSWERS/OPINIONS FROM THE WORLDWIDE FRATERNITY OF MY FELLOW CREATIVES IN THE ADVERTISING INDUSTRY.

life_joke- I've not engaged in smokin' a dube in a while (thus my vernacular) but I found it made me neither particularly clever or creative. Rather it stunted my ability to think creatively and made me dumb. I shudder at the questions I used to ask and the slowness with which I would respond to situations.

But, I was certainly relaxed. I only have a problem with drugs when people are abusing them or get addicted to them and their lives slowly start to go down the toilet. Some people don't have addictive tendencies, some do, it's hard to tell if you aren't really self aware. I am in no position to judge anyone.

If it's kids who are doing them though, then I have a big problem with it.

Plus, to your comment about stress in our lives and fast pace, there are plenty of other ways to deal with these things. Excersise being a big stress reliever. Starting a hobby, learning a new skill, reading, talking to a therapist...

I have to disagree with you as well. As someone who smokes weed on a regular basis (more than I should probaby, but it doesn't affect my work or my life), I never smoke a joint if I have work to do. I think it's a misconception that getting high will increase your creativity. I've tried it, and you come up with all these 'great' ideas, best you've ever had, until you're sober again. You look at your ideas the next day, and they're trash. You wonder what the hell you were thinking at the time, then you remember that you were stoned out of your tree.

Watch any interview with any musician who has gone through a drug addiction, and is now clean and they all say that their music and writing has never been more creative, their work never better, now that they are off the drugs.

If you works for you, then hey, different strokes for different folks.

Its the same that when you dream an ad. You wake yourself up exited thinking in CANNES and your next trip to Europe, and then find out that the idea sucks.. and when i mean sucks i mean "dancing sausages scaping from being eaten" suck.

Excelente dirección de arte. Lamentablemente el concepto no sensibiliza lo suficiente
como para evitar el consumo indiscriminado de las drogas.

Pauly G... you will always see bands saying "We're better than ever now that we're sober" and then, ironically, that album always sucks

true. it's very subjective. Some people can work well stoned, others can't. Personally, I work better with a clear head.
