That's definitely been art directed to look like tire tracks to help explain that the ad has something to do with cars.
It simply shouldn't have needed anything to explain the car connection other than the product name and service in the headline - but the problem is the VW 'Obsessed' ad done years ago (can't find the reference but it's the mechanic under a psychiatrist's couch)
